An exciting opportunity has become available within the Swimming NSW team as the Marketing Communications Coordinator. The core function of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator is to ensure the promotion of the activities of Swimming NSW are undertaken by way of media coverage, securing of sponsorship and general member communication. HIGH alert for blue-green algae for lake burley griffin - TELOPEA OPEN WATER CANCELLED

The National Capital Authority has issued a high blue-green algae alert for Lake Burley Griffin.  This area remains closed to primary contact recreation (swimming, diving and windsurfing). Hence, the Telopea Open Water Meet scheduled for 5th February 2012 has been cancelled.
