How do I find a swimming club to become a member of?

Once you have found some clubs in your area using the search engine, it’s best to contact the clubs directly. You will need to visit the club and speak to the coach/committee to see if the club is a good fit for you before you commit to registering with them.

How much does it cost to join a club?

Please note these fees do not include any Area or Club fees that may be applicable to your specific membership. Please check with your club for further details.

Swimmer: $54

Non-Swimmer: $16

These fees are effective from 3rd September 2012 - September 30th 2013

*Please note, memberships expire on the 30^th of September of any given year.*

*We do not offer pro-rated membership fees for late registration.*

How do I pay for my membership?

Please go to the Member Portal

You can complete your membership payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Visa/Mastercard-branded debit cards.

Forgot your Username & Password?

Please click here to use our automatic username and password retrieval system. You will need to enter your email address and click Submit. Within 1-2 minutes, you will be sent an email containing your username and password.

TRANSFERS -Joining a different Club for 2012-13 Season?

BEFORE you register with the new Club, you need to TRANSFER! This is very important. If you have any further enquiries please don't hesitate to contact the Swimming NSW office on (02) 9763 5833 otherwise the steps on how to transfer are listed below;

How to Transfer

Parent: Ask the registrar at your new club to request a transfer for you. It is also advisable that you let the registrar at your old club know the transfer request will be coming through.

Club Registrar of NEW CLUB : Requests the transfer(s) through Clubs Online.

Club Registrar of OLD Club :  Approves the transfer(s) through Clubs Online.

THE TRANSFER IS COMPLETE WHEN ALL OF THESE STEPS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED.
